“Thrive in 2025" is three months of intensive coaching to make great changes in your life, work towards accomplishing big things, and make a lasting difference in how you feel about yourself

What is included?

How will this change your life?

This program is intended to make big, long-term changes in your life. You make significant progress towards the big change you want to see in your life with weekly coaching. Adding training in Positive Intelligence is designed to change how your brain works as well. Daily exercises and motivations in a phone app will help move your body from fear into progress, and enable you to embrace well being, improve your relationships, and increase your performance. The tools, skills, and brain training you learn in this 3-month program will serve you for years to come.

How big is the group?

This program is limited to only five (5!!) spaces. That means our group coaching will only be five clients, and I will have time to address all of your needs. Sign up early before all the spots are gone!

What does a coaching week look like? 
  • Monday: Group coaching session at noon to talk through what  you've learned over the past  week and share your successes.

  • Daily: Each morning you will listen to a 4-minute "Daily Focus" in your  phone app, sharing tools, techniques, exercises and insights and check in by text with your group.

  • Thursday or Friday: 1:1 60-minute coaching session with Liz 

  • Friday - Sunday: Three days to listen to a one-hour video in your app with this week's Positive Intelligence Lesson.

What is the investment?

A typical coaching program with more than 2 hours of coaching per week for 12 weeks would be $8,000.

Even without Positive Intelligence it would likely be $6,000

Three months of 1:1 coaching would be $5,000

Because I really, really want you to succeed and make big changes in your life, I am offering this for  $4000!

  • The ability to make big, impactful changes in your life that will affect you for years to come

  • 12 weekly private, 60-minute sessions of coaching with Liz to dig deep into what you want to change

  • Text and email support for anything that comes up between coaching sessions

  • A private Positive Intelligence group for only the women in this program who are committed to making big changes​

  • Weekly group coaching with the women in this program that will help hold you accountable and inspire you to be the best version of yourself

  • A phone app that gives you a Daily Focus, weekly video lessons, and the audio book of Positive Intelligence

  • 12 weeks of changing your brain so you use more of your prefrontal cortex, the part of your brain that makes you happy

  • Impactful changes to your career, life, well being, and relationships

  • Goal setting, accountability, and collaboration with both Liz and your small group to reach new, exciting dreams.
